Ticket Services and Audience Hub
Our Ticket Services and Audience Hub is at POD Times Square Hotel, 400 W 42nd St, New York, NY 10036. The Hub will be open beginning July 9th, open Monday - Sunday from 10am - 9pm.
Tickets will be available for collection from the box office of the theater in which your selected show is being presented, beginning one hour prior to the performance. We do not send any tickets in the mail.
Discounts are available for purchases of 15 tickets or more to a single performance. For more information or to book Group Sales, please contact the Audience Services Department at email@example.com, or (212) 664-0979 x26.
There are a limited number of $15 (plus booking fee) student tickets available for each show in advance. Please enter the code STUDENT to check availability and to book. Valid high school, college, university or international student I.D required, one ticket per I.D. Those without a valid student ID will not be admitted in to the theater.
To check availability, login from the top of any page on our website, click on “calendar” located on the black bar in the middle of screen, select the show, date and time you would like to see. Click on the “use promo code” link below the calendar and enter the code: STUDENT. If student tickets are still available, you will have the option to purchase 1 ticket at the discounted price. If students tickets are not available, you will have the option to purchase tickets at the General Admission price only.
If there are seats available at curtain, students may purchase them for $10 (plus booking fee). Students may sign up at the box office starting one hour before curtain; students must present a valid high school, college, university or international student I.D. and may obtain only one ticket per I.D. Those without a valid student ID will not be admitted to the theater. Full details below.
Please arrive in advance of your scheduled showtime. Latecomers will be seated at management’s discretion, and no refunds will be provided for latecomers.
All NYMF venues are wheelchair accessible. Please inform us at ticket checkout or at the box office about any special access needs.

Developmental Reading Series Tickets
Free tickets for the NYMF Developmental Reading Series become available to the general public on a space-available basis by waitlist at 410 West 42nd Street, The Studio Theatre @ Theatre Row starting one hour before each curtain.
Certain NYMF shows may contain words, language, images, or situations that are considered offensive by some viewers. Questions about show content may be directed to the Audience Services Manager at (212) 664-0979 x26.
NYMF Patron Tickets (Director’s, Executive, President’s, Chairman’s Circles)
No refunds. Exchanges available free of charge prior to curtain on a space available basis.
$29.50: Purchased in advance at nymf.org/tickets, by phone, at the NYMF Box Office or at the performance venue beginning one hour prior to curtain. No refunds. Group Sale Booking (10% off, 15+ tickets)
