Ticket Policies

Ticket Services and Audience Hub
Our Ticket Services and Audience Hub is at Treehaus MiMA, 470 W 42nd St, New York, NY 10036. The Hub will open on July 6th, 10am - 9pm, Monday-Sunday.

Ticket Pick-Up
Tickets will be available for collection from the box office of the theater in which your selected show is being presented, from one hour prior to the performance. We do not send any tickets in the mail.

Group Sales
Discounts are available for purchases of 15 tickets or more to a single performance. For more information or to book Group Sales, please contact the Audience Services Department at tickets@nymf.org, or (212) 664-0979 x26.

Student Discounts
Advance 
There are a limited number of $15 (plus booking fee) student tickets available for each show in advance. Please enter the code STUDENT to check availability and to book. Valid high school, college, university or international student I.D required, one ticket per I.D. Those without a valid student ID will not be admitted to the theater.

To check availability, login from the top of any page on our website, click on “calendar” located on the black bar in the middle of screen, select the show, date and time you would like to see.  Click on the “use promo code” link below the calendar and enter the code: STUDENT.  If student tickets are still available, you will have the option to purchase 1 ticket at the discounted price.  If students tickets are not available, you will have the option to purchase tickets at the General Admission price only.

Walkup
If there are seats available at curtain, students may purchase them for $10 (plus booking fee). Students may sign up at the box office starting one hour before curtain; students must present a valid high school, college, university or international student I.D. and may obtain only one ticket per I.D. Those without a valid student ID will not be admitted to the theater. Late Seating
Please arrive in advance of your scheduled showtime. Latecomers will be seated at management’s discretion, and no refunds will be provided for latecomers. 

Accessibility Services
All NYMF venues are wheelchair accessible. Please inform us at ticket checkout or at the box office about any special access needs.

Ticket Fees
Facility fee for ALL tickets: $2.25 per ticket
Convenience fee for tickets purchased online: $3.00 per ticket
Convenience fee for tickets purchased by phone: $3.00 per ticket + $1.00 per order

Developmental Reading Series Tickets
Free tickets for the NYMF Developmental Reading Series become available to the general public on a space-available basis by waitlist at 416 West 42nd Street, Playwrights Horizons Rehearsal Studios starting one hour before each curtain.

Show Content
Certain NYMF shows may contain words, language, images, or situations that are considered offensive by some viewers. Questions about show content may be directed to the Audience Services Manager at (212) 664-0979 x26.

NYMF Patron Tickets (Director’s, Executive, President’s, Chairman’s Circles)
No refunds. Exchanges available free of charge prior to curtain on a space available basis.


NYMF Passholder Tickets
(Pass, Pass Plus, Pass Premium)
No refunds. Exchanges available free of charge until 48 hours prior to curtain. For help booking or exchanging tickets, please call (212­) 664.0979 x 26.

Single Tickets
$27.50: Purchased in advance at nymf.org/tickets, by phone, at the NYMF Box Office or at the performance venue beginning one hour prior to curtain. No refunds. Exchanges available for an additional $5.00 per ticket fee, up to 48 hours prior to curtain. For help booking or exchanging tickets, please call (212) ­352 ­3101.

Group Sale Booking (10% off, 15+ tickets)
Purchased in advance for groups of 15+, to receive 10% off ticket price. Group sales close 48 hours prior to curtain. No refunds or exchanges. For more information or to book Group Sales, please contact the Audience Services Department at tickets@nymf.org, or (212) 664-0979 x26.

Advance Student Ticket Sales
A limited number of student tickets will be available for purchase in advance of the shows for $15.00 each (plus booking and convenience fee).  You will be required to present a current high school, college, university or international student ID at the box office of the theater in which your selected show is being presented, starting one hour prior to the performance. If you are not able to prvode proper identification, your tickets will not be honored and you will not receive a refund.  There is a limit of one ticket per I.D. 

Student Walk­Up
$10.00: Purchased by students with a valid High School or College I.D. on a space available basis, 5 minutes prior to curtain. No refunds or exchanges.

AEA Walk­Up
$10.00: Purchased by AEA members with a valid I.D on a space available basis, 5 minutes prior to curtain of Equity performances. No refunds or exchanges.
