NYMF Artist Fellowship

The NYMF Artist Fellowship is a brand new initiative: a two-year program awarded annually to one or two exceptional artists or artistic teams who are changing the landscape of musical theatre. The first year of the fellowship involves the presentation of a Reading or Concert, and the second year involves the presentation of a Full Production with a scholarship to cover the entire Festival production participation cost.

The NYMF Artist Fellowship is open to any writer who has a body of work that demonstrates exceptional talent and uniqueness of voice. Application includes a statement of purpose that demonstrates why specifically your voice needs to be amplified at this time, a resume, and a body of work that includes music from at least three different projects. Application costs $25 if you submit before October 1st and $35 for submissions past that date.

Please visit the NYMF Artist Fellowship FAQ page for some more information.
