- Street Banners in Times Square and throughout midtown Manhattan. In 2007 these were expanded farther uptown to Columbus Circle and 72nd Street.

- Window Displays signs at the Times Square Virgin MegaStore.
- Video Spots on the Panasonic Astrovision Screen, the 14 story 7,000 square foot Reuters Video Screen in Times Square, and the South Street Seaport media screens. In 2008 NYMF plans to expand to the Clear Channel Spectracolor signs in Times Square.
- Outdoor and Indoor Venue Signage at all six midtown NYMF theatres, parties/concerts at New World Stages, and other partner venues (over 30 around Manhattan).
- Festival and Promotional Materials (postcards, magazine program, posters, etc.) distributed to thousands of people throughout NYC before and during the Festival at such events as "Broadway on Broadway" and the Broadway Flea Market. They are also made available at the Times Square Virgin MegaStore and Barnes & Noble Bookseller at Lincoln Center.
- Faces on nearly 40 midtown Receptasign outdoor marketing receptacles.

- Print Advertising includes media partners amNewYork, Time Out New York, The New York Times, The Village Voice, Playbill, Backstage, Manhattan Living/City Guide, Allegro, Next, TheaterMania, and HX Magazine. Promotional columns and multiple full pages of advertising in amNewYork.
- Online Advertising via eblasts by websites such as Playbill, Village Voice, and Theatermania.com. Online banner advertising included Theatermania.com, Playbill.com, Braodwayworld.com, BroadwayStars.com, talkinbroadway.com, and our own website, www.nymf.org. Online efforts reached over 2 million.
- Radio/Podcast Advertising including a month of spots on WNYC and Broadway Bullet (the Official Podcast of the Festival).
Advertising materials can also be included in NYMF's 36 page magazine style program, as well as exposure at all of our venues and on all signage that's distributed around the city. NYMF is committed to focusing our advertising partnerships to best suit the needs of the advertiser and we are happy to create a specific program just for you and your company.
