The past four years of NYMF has seen over a thousand performances, 133 full productions, and over 350 events, including readings, workshops, concerts, seminars and master classes, and more.

With diversity a priority, NYMF is bringing as much as we can fit inside the broad musical theatre umbrella - free readings and concerts of new work and new writers, explorations of musicals in other media, and unique forms of artistic collaboration.  NYMF is like an omelette with extra fillings - we fold a lot of ingredients in.

NYMF CONCERTS - Make sure that you're there for some of our one-night-only performances, which in the past have included Broadway Sings Ben Folds and A Duncan Sheik Salon.

NYMF SPECIAL EVENTS - what kind of craziness can we stuff into a Festival?  We've done film festivals, improvised musicals ...

NYMF DEVELOPMENTAL SERIES - a chance for audiences to see works at an early stage, while artists are still discovering the strengths of the show themselves.

NYMF EDUCATIONAL SERIES - be an active part of it!  Dive right in as part of one of our master classes, or learn something new at a NYMF Seminar.

NYMF AWARDS GALA - highlighting achievement in nine categories, the NYMF Awards Gala is our main fundraising event of the year!

BROADWAY IDOL - our fun late-nite competition, where Broadway hopefuls belt, croon, and vibrato through their favorite showtunes, to try and grab the title of NYMF's Broadway Idol ...

NYMF AT NITE - It doesn’t stop when it gets dark.  We’re in the theatre and we like to party, so get ready!
