To advertise your show using NYMF's various marketing resources, we require submission of certain marketing materials from you and your team. We will collect these materials in three phases, via this NYMF Producer Portal. These forms are mandatory, and we ask that you fill each out before its deadline. Be sure to visit this page as it updates, and complete each step.

Part I - Show Information (CLOSED)

Submit show title, author credits, marketing blurb, marketing tagline, genre, and various links to media profiles.

Deadline: ASAP after signed contract

Part II - Show Art (CLOSED)

Submit your web and print logos.

Deadline: April 3rd 

Part III - Show Page Content

Submit bios for your cast and crew, publicity photos, music clips, promotional videos, and press articles about your show.

The NYMF Program Guide, a full-color, 70-page guide to everything happening at the Festival, will be distributed to every NYMF audience member, along with a program insert for the specific show they are seeing. NYMF Program Guides will also be available at all NYMF venues, marketing partner locations, by mail to audience members and industry supporters, and as a PDF download on the Festival website. The NYMF Program Guide will reach over 40,000 theatre patrons and New Yorkers over the course of the Festival, and you can purchase ad space in this Program Guide at varying sizes and costs. For the creation of your promotional materials such as a posters or postcards, a downloadable file of NYMF's logo is available here.


NYMF Billing Requirements: Any postcards, posters, website and other promotional materials you use must include:

- The NYMF logo (available for download above).
- NYMF’s web address: Include this address for more information and tickets.
- The phrase, “Official Selection of the 2015 New York Musical Theatre Festival.”
If your show is a Next Link Project Selection, this phrase should be “Official Selection of the 2015 New York Musical Theatre Festival’s Next Link Project.”
- If any producer of your show is credited on your materials, you must also credit NYMF per the terms listed in your contract. Note that NYMF’s contractual billing is in first position, with the Festival’s full name spelled out (e.g. “The New York Musical Theatre Festival and [other producer] present…” or “presented by The New York Musical Theatre Festival and [other producer]”.

The NYMF PASS is a great way to experience The New York Musical Theatre Festival. With a NYMF PASS, you can get into the theater before individual ticket holders. Passes also offer the exclusive ability to book tickets before they go on sale to the public. NYMF Passholder ticket booking begins June 1. Individual tickets go on sale June 15.
