To see musicals and attend events at The New York Musical Theatre Festival, you will need to purchase a NYMF PASS or Individual Ticket.

How do I get my Passes and lanyards?
NYMF Passes and lanyards will be available for pickup during normal NYMF Audience Services Desk hours beginning Thursday, July 2nd. The NYMF Audience Services Desk, located upstairs at The Pershing Square Signature Center, will be open daily during the Festival from 10am through 6pm or the final curtain of the day.
Do I need my NYMF Pass and lanyard?
Yes! Wearing your NYMF Pass and lanyard is required in order to be granted the full benefits of your Pass, including entrance to the Opening Night Celebration, access to preferred seating, restaurant and bar discounts, and more.
How can I use the tickets included in my NYMF Pass package?
Any way you like! For example, if you have a NYMF PASS Premium with 20 tickets included, you may have 20 people see one performance, five couples see four different shows, or see 20 different shows yourself!
How do I book the tickets included in my NYMF Pass package?
It's easy! Just log in here using the credentials you set up when you purchased your Pass, and redeeming tickets from your package. If you need assistance, please email firstname.lastname@example.org, or call 212-352-3101.
How does preferred seating work?
Seating is General Admission. Queues will form beginning approximately one hour before curtain time. At approximately 15 minutes prior to curtain, NYMF Passholders will be admitted into the theater, followed by Individual Ticket Holders.

IN PERSON: The NYMF Box Office, located downstairs at The Pershing Square Signature Center, will be open daily during the Festival from 12pm-8pm & one hour prior to and through the final curtain of any performances at The Alice Griffin Jewel Box Theatre.
The NYMF Audience Services Desk, located upstairs at The Pershing Square Signature Center, will be open daily during the Festival from 10am through the final curtain of the day.

Tickets will be available for pickup at each theater's box office beginning one hour prior to the performance. We do not send any tickets in the mail.
Discounts are available for purchases of 20 tickets or more to a single performance. For more information or to book Group Sales, please contact email@example.com.
Please arrive in advance of your scheduled showtime. Latecomers will be seated at management’s discretion, and no refunds or exchanges will be provided for latecomers.
All NYMF venues are wheelchair accessible. Please inform us at ticket checkout or at the box office of any special needs.

There is a $5 replacement badge fee for lost NYMF PASS badges. Please see NYMF Audience Services upstairs at The Pershing Square Signature Center to replace a lost badge.
Free tickets for the NYMF Developmental Reading Series become available to the general public 48 hours before each performance, on a space available basis. Tickets may be reserved by phone at 212-664-0979 x26 or by waitlist at the Theatre Row Studio Theatre starting one hour before each curtain.
Certain NYMF shows may contain words, language, images, or situations that are considered offensive by some viewers. Questions about show content may be directed to the Audience Services Department at (212) 664-0979 x26.
Unless otherwise designated, children under the age of 4 are not permitted in the theater. All audience members must have a ticket.
