Book, Music, and Lyrics by Mark Aaron James

The willingness to try can be the greatest power.

Turning the Superhero trope on its ear, two gay roommates in “Gotham” adjacent, Jersey City, become hero & sidekick. The out of shape comic book store owner, and naive El Salvadorian immigrant, learn that some super powers aren’t that super, villains aren’t always villainous & your chosen family of hipsters, drag queens & real estate agents, are the ones who might actually save you. The expenses of NYC, proper spandex use, coming out to Mamma & rescuing your local beer joint, all come together in a funny/touching story with super-catchy songs.

Runtime: 1 hour and 55 minutes including a 15-minute intermission.
