Rick Hip-Flores (Music and Lyrics)

Rick Hip-Flores is the musical director of Natasha, Pierre and the Great Comet of 1812. Earlier this year, he was the Music Supervisor and conductor of In Transit, Broadway’s first a cappella musical. Conducting credits include Fun Home, Groundhog Day, Beautiful, and Rocky on Broadway; ‪Jacques Brel‬ at the Zipper Theater; Associate Conductor and arranger at the Radio City Spectacular. As keyboardist: Aladdin, School of Rock, Billy Elliot, Wonderland. Musical Director of We Will Rock You (First National Tour); Music Supervisor of Heatwave: The Jack Cole Project at ‪Queens Theatre‬ in the Park, and ’Swonderful at Pittsburgh CLO. Award-winning songwriter and graduate of Columbia University.

Jill Jaysen (Book/Producer)

Jill Jaysen is an award-winning director and published playwright who founded Center Stage Theatre Company in Westport, CT with the vision of awakening dreams for all who experience it. Jill is a strong proponent of creating new works while engaging her students in the creative process. Since 2005, her original musicals have received multiple awards from the NETC, including the prestigious Moss Hart Memorial Award for Best Musical in New England. Most recently, Center Stage was honored alongside the Shubert Theatre and Long Wharf for their Outstanding Achievement In The American Theatre. Jill's tween and teen-centric musicals have been performed nationally, as well as internationally. Her students can be seen on Broadway, Film, TV, National Tours, Disney Radio Live, as well as on stage, accepting a TONY. Jill comes from a diverse background. She is a founding producer of NYMF, a corporate communications coach and strategist and a former stockbroker.

Rommy Sandhu (Director/Choreographer)

As Director/Choreographer, his work has been seen both Regionally and in NYC. He has worked as Associate Director/Choreographer to Kathleen Marshall (Diner, Unsinkable Molly Brown, Bells Are Ringing), Associate Director to Dick Scanlan (Little Shop w/ E. Greene and J. Gyllenhaal). Broadway veteran Gypsy of Seven Broadway shows, Three National Tours and multitude of Regional Theater. Faculty at MMC, BDC, ONSTAGENY. Proud Father of Three and Husband to One. Represented by Michael Moore Agency.

Elizabeth Racanelli

Elizabeth Racanelli (Associate Director/Choreographer)

Elizabeth Racanelli is thrilled to be a part of the PLC creative team! Other regional credits include: Footloose (Assoc. Choreographer), Simon, The Invisible Boy (Assoc. Joe Beumer (Lighting Design)

Joe Beumer is a NYC based lighting designer for Theatre, Opera, and Dance. In 2016, he designed The Gold, iLLA!, and Camp Rolling Hills for NYMF. Other recent credits include West Side Story, Chicago, and Raisin in the Sun at Summer Repertory Theatre (Sonoma, CA), Mary Poppins (Syracuse Stage), and What We Wanted (Clurman Theatre -  Theatre Row). Associate/Assistant work includes the Public Theatre, Opéra de Montréal, Asolo Reportory Theatre, and Cincinnati Opera, among others. 

Louisa Pough (Stage Manager)

Lisa Dozier King (General Manager)

Lisa Dozier King has general managed more than seventy professional productions and hundreds of special events. Upcoming Off-Broadway 2017: The Crusade of Connor Stevens and A Letter to Harvey Milk. Lisa is the BFA Theatre Management Program Director at the University of Miami, the General Manager for the National Alliance for Musical Theatre’s Festival of New Musicals, and the founding Managing Director of the new company, Miami New Drama, which operates the 400 seat Colony Theatre.

Carrie Berk

PLC marks Carrie’s return to NYMF: she originated the role of Melman in 2016’s Camp Rolling Hills. Besides playing the invincible Kylie Carson and co-writing the show’s script, she is a bestselling children’s book author (“The Cupcake Club”, “Fashion Academy”), dancer, model, actress, and blogger with 100k followers ( Recent credits: Futurefest at 54 Below; Rockers on Broadway, NY Pops Spring Gala at Carnegie Hall; TV: “Wonderama”, “Good Morning America”.

Victoria Csatay

Victoria Csatay (Bella)

Billy Elliot (Debbie), School of Rock (Sophie), Hundred Dresses (Peggy), 13 The Musical (Cassie), host at Carnegie Hall (PCIs Broadway) & in Turandot at the Metropolitan Opera. Victoria was awarded the Marietta French Memorial Scholarship. She is a competitive dancer. She's a principle of TW2B pilot and YouTube channel and is a member of NYC Tap Crew, NJPAC Jazz for Teens, BYE & Little by Little.

David Hoffman

David Hoffman (Jeremy)

David Hoffman is thrilled to return to the NYMF stage as Jeremy in Peace, Love, and Cupcakes. He previously played the role of Dover in Camp Rolling Hills at NYMF 2016. Besides the New York Music Festival, David has participated in multiple theatre productions with Center Stage in Westport, Connecticut and Applause in New York City. He has additionally performed in off-Broadway showcases through Broadway Artists Alliance and Futurefest at Feinstein’s/54 Below. David would like to thank his family and Jill Jaysen for supporting him and believing in him throughout his theatre career.

Diego Lucano is thrilled to be part of Peace, Love, and Cupcakes! The Musical. Before his Broadway debut as Lawrence the keyboardist in Sir Andrew Lloyd Webber’s School of Rock the Musical, he was Michael Darling in Peter Pan The Musical at Osceola Center for the Arts. His favorite works also include the film “Characterz”; and the music videos “I Have a Voice” and “Y Sentirás Mi Amor”.

Cameron Mann

Cameron Mann (Nate)

Cameron Mann is thrilled to be performing in PLC at NYMF! He played Jeremy in the Center Stage Theatre Co. workshop of PLC in Ct. Credits: Aladdin in Aladdin and Charlie in You’re a Good Man, Charlie Brown at Center Stage and Edwin in Staples Players Music Man. Cam has also done commercial and voiceover work. He’d like to thank Jill Jaysen, who saw a spark in a shy kid and ignited his love of the stage, and Sheryl and Carrie Berk for baking up this great show! Chloe Rose Manna

Chloe Rose Manna (Emily - Saturday/Sunday)

Chloe Rose Manna is happy to be returning to the NYMF stage in Peace Love and Cupcakes, having previously been seen in Camp Rolling Hills and Ever Happily After. In addition to Peace Love and Cupcakes this year Chloe starred in Bye Bye Birdie, Peter Pan and High School Musical for the Bedford Acting Group in Westport, CT. Chloe has studied at Broadway Edge, A Class Act New York and with actress and vocal coach Cynthia Gibb. Chloe would like to thank Jill Jaysen for always encouraging her to reach higher levels and her loving family for instilling her love of the arts.

Eliza Holland Madore

Ksenia Nakonechny is thrilled to be making her NYMF debut as Sadie! She is an experienced ballerina, having studied at Petrov Ballet School for over eight years. She now takes six different styles of dance at Broadway Dance Center. Like Sadie, Ksenia is a dedicated athlete: she's on the track team at her school and enjoys swimming and soccer.

He played the role of Jason in Center Stage Theatre Company's production of PLC in Westport , Connecticut, where he fell in love with the show and the theatre experience.
