An evening of songs from movies that should never become musicals by the best in the business.

Featuring numbers from future flops such as Rambo: The other Sly Stallone Musical, Mommie Dearest: The Epic Joan Crawford Musical, The King's Speech a Royal Musical, Forrest Gump, Schindler's List, and many, many more…

Running Time: 90 minutes with no intermission

Emily Tarpey (Writer/Performer)

NY/Regional credits include: Awesome 80’s Prom (Webster Hall), Yeast Nation (La Mama), Kerrigan & Lowdermilk’s Party Worth Crashing (WPPAC), Much Ado About Nothing (Player’s Theater), Silence (Theater for the New City), Edges (WPPAC), Fiddler on the Roof (Yorktown Stage), Into the Woods (Yorktown Stage). TV/Film: The Funtastix!, Siskeletta & Ebertetta, Shadows of Life (Face to Face Films), I’m Drowning, Inner Circle, and the new pilot, 86 My Life. Emily is a Fordham University alum, a graduate of the Michael Howard Studios Conservatory, and co-founder of Ooooh Yeah Productions, the team behind Gentrified.

Ryan Andrew Arthur (Performer)

Regional: Equus (Alan Strang), Pippin (Leading Player), Oliver! (Artful Dodger), How To Succeed In Business (Bud Frump), Uncivil Wars (Ensemble), We Love You Get Up (Narrator). University: Spring Awakening (Hänschen), The History Boys (Posner). Ryan is a 2012 Kennedy Center ACTF Irene Ryan National Nominee for David Hershkowitz in Rags. Graduate of Montclair State University 2013; Theatre Studies (Performance Concentration), Musical Theatre. Ryan is currently seeking legit representation. Love to my amazing family.

Jillian Gottleib (Host)

Jillian is super excited to to get to do what she does best! Being really dumb! Recent stage credits include Grease at the Ogunquit Playhouse (Frenchy), Prospect Theatre Company’s Unlock’d (Belinda) at The Duke on 42nd Street, Les Miserables (Cosette) at the Surflight Theatre, Das Rheingold at The Metropolitan Opera, Teeth: The Musical (Dawn), and the NY premiere of ThanksKilling (Ali the Slut). Jillian attended The Mason Gross School of the Arts at Rutgers University for Classical Vocal Performance. Thanks go out to friends, family, and Señor Erdahi.

Marc Eardley (Director)

Selected directing: Death Party, Hedwig and The Angry Inch, The Affair in 22B, GetGOT, Standby, Really Bad Things. Stage Managed a bunch too! He has several directing projects currently in various stages of development: Son of Captain Blood, Fat Kid Rules the World, Terms of Dismemberment, and more.

Graydon Gund (Producer)

New York producing credits include Marisol (Bedlam Ensemble), The Assessment (fringeNYC). Directing credits include: Summertime Sadness (Tiny Rhino), The After-Dinner Joke (PCTF), Millions & Millions & Millions (Between Us Productions). Assisting credits include Clybourne Park (Chautauqua Theatre Company), and the national tour of Ghost: the Musical, and Holy Land (HERE). Regionally Gund has staged productions at the Williamstown Theater Festival and assisted at the American Repertory Theater in Cambridge.

Richard F. Grasso (Assistant Director)

Richard is a 2012 graduate of the University of Michigan where he received a BFA in Theatre Directing. He was the AD for the 2012 Pittsburgh CLO summer stock season which included A Chorus Line (Director Baayork Lee), Annie (Director Charles Repole and starring Sally Struthers), Fiddler on the Roof (Director Jack Allison), and Sunset Boulevard (Director Barry Ivan and starring Liz Callaway).
