Kelso, Haberle, Ferber and Mosher Cast in NYMF's Deep Cover

Casting has been announced for the New York Musical Theatre Festival special presentation of Michael Wolk's rock musical Deep Cover, which begins performances Oct. 12.

Wolk authored book, music and lyrics for the production, which features direction by Dan Safer and musical direction by Larry Pressgrove. Performances run through Oct. 17 at Sweet Caroline's.

The cast features Andy Kelso (Mamma Mia), Sean Haberle ("Sex and the City"), Kate Ferber (Factory Girls) and Erin Mosher (The Spitfire Grill).

According to NYMF, Deep Cover "is the story of a once-famous rocker who collides with an alluring young woman who has a clever plan for his come back...a plan that hinges on murder. Love, laughs, rock ‘n’ roll and sudden death - Deep Cover has it all!"

The production has lighting design by Graham Kindred, scenic and costume design by Deb O, sound design by Ryan Maeker, with Josh Iacovelli as technical supervisor.
