From David Pevsner (a creator of "Naked Boys Singing"), starring Jim J. Bullock, directed by Randy Brenner, with sets by James Noone and lighting by Jason Kantrowitz, you'll hoot, you'll squirm, you'll laugh your G-string off!

Jim J.  Bullock
Jim J. Bullock (Jim)

Most will remember Jim J. for his portrayal of Monroe Ficus on ABC’s TOO CLOSE FOR COMFORT with Ted Knight. He also occupied the upper-right square on THE HOLLYWOOD SQUARES, was seen as Neil Tanner in NBC's ALF and joined with Tammy Faye Messner to create THE JIM J. AND TAMMY FAYE SHOW. Jim J. most recently played Wilbur Turnblad on Broadway in HAIRSPRAY. He was the recipient of the Los Angeles Drama Critics Circle for his performance in the west coast premier of WHEN PIGS FLY and appeared off-Broadway in the critically acclaimed END OF THE WORLD PARTY. Guest appearances on TV include ROSEANNE, BOOGIE'S DINER, CONRAD BLOOM, POPULAR, SEINFELD and most recently Nickelodeon's NED'S DECLASSIFIED. He has worked in film with such noted directors as Blake Edwards in SWITCH and Mel Brooks in the cult classic SPACE BALLS. Jim J. was a regular panelist on Oxygen Network’s revival of the long running sixties game show, I’VE GOT A SECRET and is the voice of the title character in Paramount’s animated feature QUEER DUCK - THE MOVIE.

Howard Kaye (Howard)

Howard Kaye recently performed in Kander and Ebb's The Visit at the Signature Theatre starring Chita Rivera and George Hearn. New York credits include Miss Saigon (Broadway), The Little Prince, Little Ham (Off-Broadway) Silence! the musical, The Irish Curse (Fringe) Maccabeat! (NYMF) God Bless You, Mr. Rosewater (Mufti) Manhattan Madcaps (Symphony Space) Ever After, Stolen (Workshop). He was in the original North American company of Mamma Mia! Regional theater include plays and musicals at Actors Theatre of Louisville, Cincinnati Playhouse, St. Louis Rep, Westport Playhouse, Merrimack Rep, Virginia Stage, Centerstage, Syracuse Stage, Long Wharf, Alliance, Ordway, Berkshire Theatre Festival, Alabama Shakespeare Festival. Pittsburgh Public, West Virginia Public, Jupiter Theatre, North Carolina Theatre and the Gretna Playhouse. Graduate of Cincinnati Conservatory of Music and Juilliard Drama Division.

 
Jon Powell
Jon Powell (Jon)

Jon grew up in Blackfoot, Idaho and graduated from BYU with a BFA in Musical Dance Theatre. Los Angeles Theatre – Montague in Romeo and Juliet, Winston in Judy at the Stonewall Inn, Michael in Head Games, Rick in Somewhere In Between, B.D. Flowers in Moonlight Cocktail, Travis in End of the World Party, Val in Riffs and Credos. CLO and Regional Theatre – Headwaiter in She Loves Me, Rooster in Annie, Bernardo in West Side Story, Georg in She Loves Me, Captain Von Trapp in The Sound of Music, Johnny Brown in The Unsinkable Molly Brown. Film – Jeepers Creepers 2, River Made to Drown In, Scenes of the Crime, and Mighty Joe Young.

 
Tom Stuart
Tom Stuart (Tom)


TOM STUART- New York credits include: A Christmas Carol at Madison Square Garden, Dames at Sea (opp. Kristin Chenoweth), Party (w/ David Pevsner!), and The Fantasticks. Tom also toured as understudy to Donny Osmond in Joseph and the Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat, assuming the role for a short run at Boston’s Colonial Theatre. He created the role of Jonathan Harker in Frank Wildhorn’s Dracula at the LaJolla Playhouse and originated the part of Dorian Grey in Dorian (with Sutton Foster). Regionally credits include leads in Godspell, Swing (with Margaret Whiting), Hair, Big River, Cabaret, Tommy, & Pippin among others. Tom is also the author of Kids in America, which had a successful run at the Triad Theatre in NYC and became I Want my 80’s Musical, which premiered at the Lyric Theatre of Oklahoma. He wrote book, music and lyrics for the original musical Star of the Heartland and is currently collaborating on two new musicals. Tom is a graduate of the American Academy of Dramatic Arts and a lyricist in BMI-Lehman Engel Musical Theatre Workshop.

Dave August (The Follies Man)

DAVE AUGUST (Follies Man) Dave is currently showing it all in the Off-Broadway hit Naked Boys Singing! As a proud member of AEA he has regionally performed the roles of Rocky in The Rocky Horror Show and Keno in The Full Monty. He bared his body and soul in numerous benefits for BCEFA, GMHC, moonlighted on Saturday Night Live, Guiding Light, All My Children and toured the world as the lead singer for the infamous Chippendales. Dave holds a BFA in dance from the University of Florida. I love you Moms, Chantell, Andrew, Rich, R&K.

 
David Pevsner
David Pevsner (Writer, composer, co-producer)

Songs in "Naked Boys Singing", his original one man musical "To Bitter and Back", and specialty material for everything from "Primetime Live" to Playboy TV. Coming soon: his feature film "Musical Comedy Whore". As actor, Billy Flynn in "Chicago" at the Hudson Guild, Philip in "Corpus Christi" (LA production, playing at NY's Rattlestick Theater this October), "To Bitter and Back" (LA Weekly Solo Performance Nom), Original LA & NY casts of "When Pigs Fly", original NY cast of "Party", Bway in "Fiddler" w/Topol and various feature film and tv appearances.

 
Anthony Galde (Co-Producer)

Anthony Galde (Co-Producer) has been a cast member of the Broadway production of Wicked since 2004. His other Broadway credits include the original casts of Starlight Express, The Prince of Central Park, King David, Civil War and the Lincoln Center’s South Pacific. Anthony’s regional directing credits include Romeo and Juliet, Annie, Sweet Charity, The Wizard of Oz, The Who’s Tommy and associate director and choreographer for the national arena tour of Radio City’s Pokemon Live. In addition, Mr. Galde has produced numerous benefits supporting everything from Broadway Cares and Quilts for Kids, to America’s Second Harvest and a star studded Katrina benefit at the Gershwin Theater in New York City. His philanthropic efforts have helped raise over 3 million dollars for these and other charitable organizations

 
Randy Brenner
Randy Brenner (Director)

RANDY BRENNER (director) Just directed the LA premiere of The Fix for Musical Theatre Guild after directing I Remember Mama and Nine. He is currently co producing (through his company Cardboard Belt Productions), and has directed Stephen Schwartz's new musical "Snapshots" which is at several regional theatres. He has won several Dramalogue, Robbie, GLAAD and Phoebe Awards for his direction. Mr. Brenner directed Dan Butler and Greg Louganis in The Only Thing Worse You Could Have Told Me Off-Broadway, winning a GLAAD Media Award and New York Outer Critics Award nomination. In Los Angeles, Mr. Brenner received raves for directing an all male version of Stephen Sondheim's Marry Me A Little, sanctioned by Sondheim himself. He directed Common Knowledge, Three Grooms and a Bride, Autumn Canticle, David Pevsner's To Bitter and Bac,k , The Powder Room Suite with Sally Kirkland, Unsinkable Molly Brown, Grease, and Pirates, to name a few. He's a founding member, and director of all of the Charity Parody Productions, with hosts Tom Hanks, Angela Lansbury, and Lily Tomlin. He's the director for Project Angel Food Awards which has honored Whoopie Goldberg, Sharon Stone, Nathan Lane, Elizabeth Taylor, Jessica Lang and Angelica Huston. For television, he directed Universal Studios sitcom Blame It On Ernie. Mr. Brenner is a member of SSDC.

James Noone (Set Designer)

James Noone has designed scenery for the Broadway productions of Match, A Class Act, Judgment at Nuremberg, Urban Cowboy, Jekyll and Hyde, The Rainmaker, Night Must Fall, Getting and Spending, The Sunshine Boys, The Gin Game, and Inherit the Wind. His Off Broadway credits include The Time of the Cuckoo, Hotel Suite, Fully Committed, Full Gallop, Three Tall Woman, The Boys in the Band, Cowgirls, Breaking Legs, The Women In Black, and Frankie and Johnny in the Claire de Lune, as well as productions at Manhattan Theatre Club, Vineyard Theatre, Second Stage Theatre, Playwrights Horizons, and many others. His work has been presented at most major regional theatre and opera companies in America. Mr. Noone is the recipient of the Drama Desk Award, American Theatre Wing Design Award, and Helen Hayes Design Award.

Jason Kantrowitz (Lighting Designer)

Jason's background in burlesque is highlighted by his designs for the Broadway and touring productions of Dame Edna: The Royal Tour, the Radio City Christmas Spectacular, and Jubilee! at Bally's Las Vegas. Jason has designed over 50 musicals and themed attractions around the world, and is currently represented on Broadway by [title of show].

Mark Hummel (Composer)

MARK HUMMEL, a graduate of the University of Southern California, moved to New York City in 1978 with the Broadway musical PLATINUM, starring Alexis Smith. Hummel is the music director for the Radio City Music Hall Christmas Spectacular starring the Rockettes and composed three new songs for their 75th Celebration this past holiday season. Composing dance music and/or conducting 13 other musicals on Broadway, including the Tony Award-winning revival of GUYS & DOLLS, THE BOY FROM OZ starring Hugh Jackman, CHITA RIVERA; THE DANCER'S LIFE, Mark has received 3 Emmy Award nominations for his dance music on television, and has played the White House twice with Karen Akers. Arranging for three Tony Award and two Academy Award telecasts, Hummel enjoys creating music with Tommy Tune, Bernadette Peters, Liza Minnelli, Shirley MacLaine, Ann Reinking, Sam Harris, Julie Wilson, and Barbara Cook.

Jeffrey Rizzo
Jeffrey Rizzo (Composer)

JEFF RIZZO conducted the Asian tour of 42nd Street and the recent revival tour for its entire two-year run. Musically directed Madison Square Garden's The Wizard of Oz starring Roseanne, the subsequent national tour, and the Grammy nominated cast recording starring Mickey Rooney and Eartha Kitt. Associate conductor of the United States premiere of Sunset Boulevard at the now demolished Shubert Theatre in Los Angeles. Three years touring with Annie, as associate conductor of the 2nd National Tour and conductor of the 4th National Tour. Audition accompanist for the film Dreamgirls. Composed scores for Love Is Like Riding A Bicycle, The Stroke of Noon (based on Terrence McNally's NOON), Jailbirds on Broadway, Wanna Play?!, and a new musical version of A Christmas Carol. co-founded the LA's Musical Theatre Guild. Born in Utica, New York, Jeff makes his home in Los Angeles.

 
Michael Orland
Michael Orland (Composer)

MICHAEL ORLAND is currently the Pianist, Arranger and Associate Musical Director for the hit FOX-TV series AMERICAN IDOL. Through this amazing opportunity, Michael has appeared on OPRAH, ENTERTAINMENT TONIGHT, and THE WAYNE BRADY SHOW, and has collaborated with music industry giants such as Burt Bacharach, Neil Sedaka, and Diane Warren, to mention just a few. He also served in the same capacity for the successful summer series AMERICAN JUNIORS and has Associate Produced two hit singles (GOD BLESS THE U.S.A. and WHAT THE WORLD NEEDS NOW IS LOVE) for AMERICAN IDOL as well as the hit compilation CD from AMERICAN JUNIORS.

 
Stephen Schulman
Stephen Schulman (Press Rep)

With a degree in theater and more than seven years publicity experience on projects that range from downtown NYC acts to Academy-Award nominated feature films, Schulman decided to launch SASi Public Relations & Marketing in April of 2003. He has worked with individual artists including comedienne Magaret Cho, international gay icon Ari Gold, drag super star RuPaul, and bands such as the funk Grammy nominated group P-1.
Current SASi PR projects include the off-Broadway hit Showgirls: The Best Movie Ever Made. Ever!, a documentary film in production called Icons, the plus size pop group The Glamazons, recording artists Naked Highway, Beth Arentsen, Ron Morris, Ariel Aparicio & Josh Zuckerman, comedians Negin Farsad and Julie Klausner, the online website OutImpact.com and the non-profit organization Living Beyond Belief.
