Managing a Show's Information
The information we need about your show is separated into several tabs. If your show is accepted into the festival, some of this information will be reformatted and included on your show's webpage. Other fields are for our reference only.
Home
This screen contains communications from NYMF, including all emails we have sent out, and important dates and deadlines. From this screen, you can submit new shows, edit the titles of shows you’ve already submitted, andyou’re your submissions fee. If your show is accepted into the festival, this is also where you will be able to access the producer’s guide and other show resources from NYMF.
Primary Contact
This screen contains core information about the primary contact for your show. The person listed here will be the primary contact for your show and will receive the bulk of emails and other correspondence from NYMF. This is also where you can change the email address and password associated with your NYMF account.
Promotion
This tab contains promotional information about your show.
If your show is accepted into the festival, it will be where you’ll go to upload most of the information that will appear on your show’s public page and the print and web logos NYMF will use to help promote your show. (Your print and web logos must first be uploaded in “Media” before they will appear as options in the drop-down menu. Be sure to note the image density requirements for each.)
Production
This tab contains information about your show’s production needs.
If your show is accepted into the Festival, this is where you will provide detailed technical information about your production for use by the NYMF production staff.
